• This applies to all trailers sent by all companies to you the purchaser...

Trailer Orders are normally delivered within 3 weeks from the day you place your order. These items are shipped via freight carrier ("Carrier") directly to the address specified. Trailer Manufactures does not ship items to rural routes, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and Canada are at higher rates. You, the customer, are responsible for all freight costs. All freight is quoted assuming delivery to a COMMERCIAL address, with equipment available to unload the delivery. Most trailer manufactures usually ships all products F.O.B. ("Free on Board") from their factory... The Trailer products are actually owned by the customer from the time they are loaded onto the Carrier’s truck. All items are shipped at the prices charged by the Carrier, unless specified otherwise by Fred Burger "Trailers" LLC. If you want the merchandise delivered to a residential address an extra fee will apply and you are responsible to get the product off trailer not the carrier...These residential delivery options are not available in all areas.

Should you notice any damage or defect on any trailer, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery. Please notify Fred Burger "Trailers" LLC 888-458-3390 immediately so that we may assist you in resolving the problem. As the customer and not Fred Burger "Trailers nor the manufacture owns the products from the time they are loaded onto the Carrier’s truck, the customer and not Fred Burger "Trailers nor the manufacture, is responsible for making any freight claim.
Approximately 24 to 48 hours in advance of delivery the freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery appointment to a residence. You must provide your daytime and evening phone numbers so that the Carrier can contact you to schedule the delivery. Available delivery times will vary, depending on the Carrier’s schedule. Again... IF THERE IS DELIVERY DAMAGE, DOCUMENT IT WITH DRIVER, BEFOR SIGNING...

Damages are not that common but they can and do happen... We will be with you every step of the way if you should have this misfortune... Hidden damages must be reported within 48 hours... Photos of damage is a help... We will help get you on the road quickly... Fred Burger "Trailers" LLC
