READ BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY DELIVERIES FROM ANY FREIGHT COMPANIES OR YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY PROVIDERS LIKE UPS, FED EX, USPS, etc. 

Before  signing any delivery from anyone;

1. Document any damages on the slip before signing 
2. Let the delivery person do the same...
3. Inspect it  in delivery persons presence if possible.

BUYER BEWARE:

• There is a company from South Carolina that offers trailers considerable cheaper than Original manufactures products that are copies. Manufacture and copy model names in a couple cases are similar... Also sold in California...

• In the past I have had calls on a Kendon look-a-like with many problems... Kendon a good quality trailer was informed. They took care of the situation with this company...

• On 9-12-12 I received a third complaint on a Time Out copy of their proven camper since 1972. The USA company that copies this has Tan tent that falls apart, latches breaking and wheels/axles that does not hold up, as told to me by three people...

• After checking the USA site I find nothing has changed. Looks like all their products are copies of other companies... Examples: American Legion, Bushteck, Radd, plus others...
• They even copied my saying for years
• Remember. You get what you pay for and most dealers will not fix a poor quality copy and neither does the company that sells them, {so I've been told}... Is saving a few dollars really worth possible injuries while towing?

• How Patriotic is this? A company with USA in their name selling nothing but Cheap China junk...

• PS: I WILL NOT work on any Trailers sold by this copy company... Further more, I am not interested in any problems you have with this company or what I can do to help...

•  I can't say it any clearer than this... Buy products made in the UNITED STATES by replica manufactures and dealers that have tested their products... STOP SENDING YOUR MONEY TO CHINA... Federal Goverment has that covered...

Returns...

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Trailers and Hitches are Non refundable... Damage during transport is trucking companies responsibility and we will help you in a speedy resolution to a problem. Read "Trailer and Hitch Delivery" link above. Trailer when on the truck you you own it. No returns...

Hitches no returns, unless there is a manufacture defect. Order is placed, we discuss your bike and needs. I than fax this order to manufacture where it is checked again... Hitches are well protected with bubble rap and are Brand new when sent... We have 100% record of ensuring you receive proper hitch. However, if either I or manufacture did send wrong one we would pay shipping.
